4. - PROGRAMME
First round (qualifying round):
A programme of minimum 20 minutes and maximum 22 minutes, free choice of
the contestants including the piece:
– LUIGI LEGNANI, Capriccio n. 7 from 36 Caprices op. 20 - ECH 440 - Chanterelle
Verlag.
A copy of the pieces chosen should be consigned to the Jury.
Second round (semifinal):
A programme of minimum 40 minutes and maximum 43 minutes with free choice
of pieces (excluding those performed during the first round) and at least one work
chosen from the following:
– MIGUEL LLOBET, Variaciones sobre un Tema de Sor, Chanterelle Verlag - ECH
5001 - Special edition for Pittaluga Guitar Competition;
– FERNANDO SOR, Introduction et Variations sur un thème de Mozart op. 9
Chanterelle Verlag - ECH 5101 - Special edition for Pittaluga Guitar Competition.
Final round
One concerto, chosen by the candidate, select from the following:
– LEO BROUWER: Concerto Elegiaco, Ed. Max Eschig;
– H. VILLA LOBOS: Concerto pour guitare et petite orchestre, Ed. Max Eschig;
– M. CASTELNUOVO TEDESCO: Concerto in RE, Ed. Schott;
